Have questions for us? Some are answered here, but feel free to email a question for our pastor or speak with him in person.
Are there programs for children?

We welcome children of all ages to join us in worship. Children sit with the adults during the opening part of the service. Then before the sermon, the kids leave with their teacher to children’s chapel where they participate in fun learning activities designed to help them understand more about the Bible and the amazing stories written to help us know our Savior personally. On Communion Sunday the Children return to the sanctuary so that they can participate.

What makes your church special?

We appreciate all local churches because healthy churches build healthy families and healthy communities. We believe we are building a church that sees the value and worth of each individual and that honors the gospel of Jesus Christ who loved us enough to give himself for us.

How should I dress on a Sunday?

Please dress in a way that makes you feel most comfortable in a group setting; there is no dress code.

Do you welcome visitors?

Please join us any time! We have a small parking lot in the front of the church and a larger parking lot in the back. We have greeters at both the front and the back doors. We can also make room in our classes for children of all ages. We know we aren’t perfect, but we know you and your family will find acceptance and love here at Cornerstone Church of Edenton, NC.

What happens on Wednesday evening?

We have a church wide Bible Study on Wednesday night at 6:00PM so we can learn to apply the word of God to our daily lives. Each session will leave you with a better understanding of the words in the Bible.

How can I join a small group?

Just ask. We have many small groups that will help you connect with others in the Church.

What if I’m visiting the area for just the weekend?

Please join us! No long-term commitments necessary, we simply want to provide a place of worship where the love of Jesus is evident and a place where we all recognize that our Christian journey is better when we walk together.

Is there a nursery?

Our church is set up for nursery, and we have volunteers ready and willing to take care of the youngest among us.
