T-Shirt Order Form

This year's t-shirts are turquoise in color and have the theme for VBS on the back. The t-shirt order will be placed on June 15th. Please complete the form to ensure we receive accurate information. If you have any question about sizing, the t-shirts are 100% cotton, so please size up. Thank you!

To help cover a portion of the cost of the shirts, please contribute $10 by placing the funds in an envelope in the offering plate at the back of the church. Be sure to mark your check "t-shirt."
